Customer Swap Meet Registration & Release Form

By submitting the form below, it releases Henderson Harley-Davidson from any responsibility and liability whatsoever for damage, loss, theft, or injury to any person, display or property. I/we agree to abide by the following Event rules.

1. DISPLAY/ITEMS: No transfer/subletting of assigned spaces. We also reserve 
the right to remove any material that is controversial or questionable.

2. REFUNDS: There will be no refunds issued if the participant cancels or is 
unable to attend the event. The completed application is a commitment to 
attend the Event.

3. TRANSACTIONS: All transactions are the responsibility of the participant. Please bring your own change/cash, Henderson Harley-Davidson will not break bills.

5. BOOTH DISPLAYS: Each participant will be assigned a 10x10 space. 
Participants are responsible for their own tent and/or booth equipment. NO 
selling out of your vehicle or trailer. You will set up your space then park your 
vehicle in the back of the store.

6. SET UP: All participants must be checked in and set up no later than 15 
minutes prior to Event start time. Any late participants will not be allowed to 
participate in the Event.
