DOING A RAFFLE?

We can help! Upon request we will provide raffle prizes or silent auction items. (*Must be requested.) The items will be determined by our Marketing Manager.

RULES

Generally speaking we have a few rules we ask your group to abide by. If you have ideas outside of what these rules allow, let us know and it's possible we can accommodate. If you do not bring up any specific concerns we are going to assume that your event will follow these guidelines: 

• No on-site stunting, burn-outs, wheelies, etc.. (Unless approved with our Marketing Manager. Which requires insurance for stunt riders, barricades, etc..)
• No use of area outside of Henderson H-D parking lot or building. Please respect our neighbors. 
• Clean up when you are done. The space should look as it did before set up.
• Bigger events require parking help  
• You break it, you buy it. 
• Vendors must have a signed Liability release form releasing Henderson Harley-Davidson from any responsibility and liability whatsoever for damage, loss, theft, or injury to any person, display or property, etc.. (Our Marketing Manager can provide forms)
• All activities, including set-up and tear-down must take place during our normal business hours. Anything happening outside our normal business hours must be approved by our Marketing Manager two weeks prior to your event. 
• We are only capable of handling one event per day. We are offering this on a first come, first serve basis.
