Rules and Regulations🌶️

Contestants must complete and submit the form below. By pressing submit you have read the Rules and Regulations below for the Chili Cook-Off.

1. Your favorite recipe of chili, can use any kind of meat or combination of meats, cooked with any chili peppers, various spices and other ingredients (Beans and rice are allowed).

2. Henderson Harley-Davidson will provide an assigned table, tasting cups and spoons for each contestant as well as electrical outlets, power strips and extension cords.

3. Each contestant must cook a minimum of 8 quarts of competition chili. The chili must be cooked from scratch.

4. Chili must be kept in a crock pot or electrical roaster to maintain a temperature of 140 degrees or higher. All food must be covered when not in use to prevent contamination.

5. Each contestant will be assigned a number and must verify that the number on the bottom of their judging cup matches their contestant number.

6. Judges will vote for the chili they liked best based on: flavor, texture, spices, aroma, and color.

7. The decisions made by the judges are final!
