Bring your friends and family to taste some of the best chili in town and cast your vote for your favorite! It's a day filled with delicious flavors, friendly competition, and great company. Best of all, it's FREE to taste and vote!

To enter, you must bring a minimum of 8 quarts of your homemade chili, ready to serve. Chili CANNOT be made on site, it must all be made in advance. Contestants are allowed to provide any condiments! Think chips, cornbread, sour cream, cheese, jalapeños etc. (optional)
Henderson H-D will provide: Table, table cloth, tasting cups, tasting spoons, napkins, tent, power strips and extension cords.
If you are competing, please be prepared to bring the following items: Homemade Chili and serving spoon. Optional items: Decorations for the table, chair, extra extension cord if needed.
Set up starts as early as 9:30 AM. Please be all set up and ready to serve NO LATER than 10:45 AM. TABLE LOCATION IS FIRST COME FIRST SERVED!
Please prepare at least 8 quarts of chili so all guests may have a chance to sample! When filling your sample cups on the day of competition, please only fill about 1-2 spoons full.
1st place receives a $500 CASH and Trophy
2nd place receives a $150 CASH and Trophy
3rd place receives a $50 CASH and Trophy
Space is limited to 25 spots. Please register each competitor individually.
Rules and Regulations🌶️
Contestants must complete and submit the form below. $10 to compete. By pressing submit you have read the Rules and Regulations below for the Chili Cook-Off.
1. Your favorite recipe of chili, can use any kind of meat or combination of meats, cooked with any chili peppers, various spices and other ingredients (Beans and rice are allowed).
2. Henderson Harley-Davidson will provide an assigned table, tasting cups, tasting spoons for each contestant as well as electrical outlets, power strips and extension cords.
3. Each contestant must cook a minimum of 8 quarts of competition chili. The chili must be cooked from scratch.
4. Chili must be kept in a crock pot or electrical roaster to maintain a temperature of 140 degrees or higher. All food must be covered when not in use to prevent contamination.
5. Judges will vote for the chili they liked best based on: flavor, texture, spices, aroma, and appearance.
6. The decisions made by the judges are final!
