Our Fit Specialists become well-versed in the Harley-Davidson® lineup of bikes. By knowing our motorcycles and getting to know our customers, they fit them with the perfect motorcycle for their riding style. Starting on the floor and being the face of our dealership, there is an opportunity to grow into managerial and team leader roles, train new employees, and possibly grow into other departments.
The MotorClothes team gets to shine when our customers come in and are looking to stay protected, gear up, or shop for their friends and family. They have a passion for the latest Harley-Davidson® styles and get excited about outfitting our customers with the latest and greatest. We see these team members grow into managerial roles and across departments.
In our Parts & Accessories department, we like to bring on team members who know Harley-Davidson® parts and MORE. They understand the value of personalization AND performance while knowing the right parts to get their customers set up and running, each in their own unique way. Any customer that comes in trusts that our P&A team is going to get them taken care of with the best.
Our service department is the heartbeat of our store. Once our customers have been fitted with their perfect Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle, our service department personalizes their bikes and keeps them out on the road. We look for trained service technicians, and experienced service writers, and provide opportunities to grow into managerial roles.
We have various administrative roles within our dealership that keep us running smoothly for both our customers and our staff. There are roles in finance, business development, marketing, customer service, and more.
